The Siberian Legal Forum was initiated by Tyumen State University in 2014. Its mission is to create a discussion platform for debating on a wide range of modern issues and tendencies in legal sphere, exchanging experiences, establishing multidimensional communication among the scientists and practitioners from Siberia, other regions of Russia and foreign states.
I Siberian Legal Forum was devoted to the 150th anniversary of the judiciary reform in the Russian Federation and the contemporary specializations of the courts and judges in Russia.
II Siberian Legal Forum “Administrative Justice: Comparative and Russian Contexts” focuses on the establishment and development of the administrative legal proceedings in Russia.
We are currently facing an era of profound changes in legal proceedings, including the administrative ones. These changes stem from the inevitable steady convergence among different countries, people and cultures. Harmonization and coordination of legal and procedural rules reflect the real tendencies for law and order transformation all over the modern world.
We cordially invite you to participate in the International conference "Administrative justice: comparative and Russian contexts" to be held in Tyumen on September 29-30, 2016 in the framework of the II Siberian Legal Forum devoted to the development of administrative legal proceedings in Russia.
The conference will bring together the leading researchers in the field of jurisprudence of the higher education institutions of Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia, who will share their experience in foreign administrative legal proceedings. The native legal experts, in their turn, will concentrate on the peculiarities of the Russian administrative justice.
The research papers submitted for publication are subject to scientific analysis and selection. The participants whose papers do not meet the requirements to be published are not allowed to present their works and their articles are not included in the conference proceedings. The process of works selection is carried out by the scientific committee of the conference. The articles are not reviewed; the reasons for their rejection or approval are not stated to the participants.
The selected research papers are published in conference proceedings. The authors of the publications will be given a copy of the proceedings for each printed article.
A tour to the city of Tobolsk is planned for the guests of the conference. Join us on this tour and the historical, cultural and architectural sights of the oldest Siberian city will whisper a thousand stories to you. The tour itinerary presupposes visiting the Kremlin, cathedrals, museums and, certainly, the Abalaksky Svyato-Znamensky Monastery.
